Father Clem Caferella has served as parish priest at St Mary’s since 1987.
Over this time, Father Clem has become a well-known figure in the wider Altona Community. He has supported a number of initiatives and has been instrumental in the development of our community.

Mrs Lucy Sammut provides the parish house with part time secretarial support, and is usually the first of the many friendly voices you hear when you make contact with us.

We also have a great team of parishioners who offer their time and expertise for regular parish activities and special projects. There is always a lot to do in a vibrant parish, so ideas and assistance are always welcome.
